I have a electric mobility scooter that is 1 KW - with 0.900 kw/kg and a maximum speed of 25 km/h. I am disabled and my husband was driving it a few days ago and traffic police pulled him over and gave him a ticket for having a Turkish Flag on the scooter, LOL ! The traffic police said that he needs a driver's license to drive this and I just do not know if this is true. It is a KUBA 4500 2017 model two seats and three wheels. I drive it at the maximum speed and only goes up to 15 km/h. Do we need a driver's license ? Also would he have to take a driver's school for this ?

MOPED, that is, they will be given a motor bike. It can be 2, 3 and 4 wheels. The age limit is set to 16. Motor vehicles (MOPED) can use all the driving license classes. But a person without a driver's license cannot use it. To be able to use it, it must have at least a M class driver's license. This isn't true, that is wrong. You don't need a license for your bike.
