ATV ve Elektrikli araçları kapsıyor. Bu ehliyeti almak için başvuru şartı 16 yaşını doldurmuş olmak.
A1 sınıfı ehliyet
M sınıfı ehliyetini de içine alacak şekilde 125cc (15 beygir)ye kadar motosiklet kullanımını kapsıyor.
Başvuru için M sınıfı gibi A1 sınıfında da 16 yaşını doldurmuş olmak gerekiyor.
Yani 16 yaşındaki arkadaş Yamaha YBR 125, Yamaha YZF 125, Honda CBR 125 gibi motosikletleri alıp kullanabilecek.
TVS Apache 150, Honda CBF 150 gibi benzer sınıf motosikletleri kullanamayacaklar.
A2 sınıfı ehliyet
M ve A1 sınıflarını içine alacak şekilde düzenlendi. Yönetmelikte bu sınıf için henüz cc belirtilmemiş. Bu sınıf ehliyete sahip olacaklar 35kw yani 47 beygir gücüne kadar motosiklet kullanabilecekler.
